CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service balance. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may have their deposit transferred one time to a new appointment date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Hair that has already been ordered or custom prepared is non-refundable. Any applicable hair costs will be deducted before determining the refundable portion of a deposit.
